About rose quartz
Rose quartz owes its soft pink colour to microscopic inclusions within the quartz. It is often called the stone of unconditional love and is one of the first crystals many people own. In crystal tradition it is used to encourage kindness, both towards others and towards yourself.
How to use it
Keep a piece in your pocket as a reminder to be gentle with yourself. Place it in the bedroom or the 'relationship corner' of your home, or give it as a thoughtful gift.
Care & cleansing
Water-safe. Prolonged strong sunlight may pale the colour. Cleanse with moonlight, sound or sage smoke.
