About selenite
Selenite is a fibrous form of gypsum, named after Selene, the Greek goddess of the moon, for its soft pearly glow. In crystal practice it is the go-to cleansing stone, and other crystals are rested on a selenite plate overnight to refresh them.
How to use it
Rest your crystals and jewellery on a selenite plate overnight. Sweep a selenite wand around your body or room as a cleansing ritual.
Care & cleansing
Never put selenite in water. It is very soft and will dissolve and lose its shine. Wipe with a dry cloth.
